Let's hear it

It's 2:36am. All's right with the world. This nice buzzed feeling: it comes from a great week before Mafia, a good time spent with friends, anticipating Berkeley. It comes from reading both Ng's and Chanchan's blogs. It comes from comfortable silences.

Temper- that's always been my problem. I flare up and then I deflate into a mess of guilt and apologies. Which means I jump to conclusions pretty easily and get self-defensive. I think Ng and Char and my mom have seen the worst of it. Grateful that they're still hanging in there with me and showing the love.

Long walks and foodhunts. OH and making cross eyed faces. It feels good to have that PL feeling again. Carefree, indeed :) I grew up with y'all and I never want to drift apart anymore. It's just too hard to see each other as strangers when we've been through so much together. We mixed tears and drinks. Yes, I'm talking explicitly about you Rachel Ng. Remember our extremely naughty Secondary school days when we looted your dad's liquor closet? I'm sure Sara has more naughty stories to share.

Riverside jokes and OC crew- let's stay tight. Come what may. Teasing Ethel shortcake about her awesomeness. Quizzing Robs about his orientation. Talking about my racial confusion asian persuasion. Making Derek take tons of bad photos and fooling around on his facebook.

Punctuality! I must, I must, I must get to work on time. All other appointments too.

Stolen was supposed to be my summer fling anthem BUT I realized it applies to friendship too.

We watch the season pull up its own stakes
Catch the last weekend of the last week...

You are the best one of the best ones
