The secret to living well is something I'm learning to grapple with. I don't want to be the proverbial king in Ecclesiastes who moans "Vanity, vainty..." when taking stock of life. But neither do I want to be a puritan (arguably, it's a good route to take if one doesn't moral fap and impose it on others/ be legalistic about things). Was tempted to try the high life and signed a spa package on Monday even before any legit Gs appear in my GIRO. Daydreamt about saving up a little bit of the monthly check to purchase some ices or a classic watch.

I'll believe in a happy medium. It is entirely possible!
