This morning I had this urgency to finally crack open one of the Joseph Prince Ministries' devotional emails that I've been ignoring for quite awhile now. It was a sudden longing and thirst to read something that would be spiritual substinence. I know I'm hungry.

It was good food.

The story of Ruth and Boaz- a story of God's timing and providence. When Ruth told Naomi the God of Israel is now her God, God listened. My heart just melted. Father, You ARE there. You have heard my cries of help and You have witnessed the moments I feel so overwhelmed and tired. And because You are MY God, I know that You are holding me up and You are guarding my heart. You go before me and You shield my path even before I'm on it.

Suddenly, the weight (coming from the past couple of months dreading worklife and clinging onto the 18 years of being a carefree student) lifted up considerably. I found it easier to release grace into the lives of other people because I've first seen and tasted His grace.

Jehovah Jireh, You are more than enough for me.
