I do repressed too well sometimes. The floodgates then open and I'm overwhelmed with all the questions swimming in my head. What's the good of squashing all things only to have them come and bite you back so hard. It's a few days on and I'm still smarting from the pain. When I was just a bystander, I can say to the hypothetical troubled person that it is unnecessary to even dwell on it.

But I'm not. That's not my position anymore.

Giving myself time to reclaim back what made me me. Life is a joke and you laugh along with it, even when it hurts.
